1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days and Orders will be delivered within 5 days minimum to 10 days maximum. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Estimated delivery time is [insert range] business days depending on your location.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Damages & Refunds
We strive to ensure that all products arrive in perfect condition. However, if your product is delivered damaged or broken, we accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:
- You must report the damage within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Send an email to info@lavishinterior.in with your order number, photos of the damaged product, and a description of the issue.
- Upon confirmation, we will offer a refund or a replacement.
5. Return Shipping for Damaged Products
If your return request for a damaged or broken product is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product. We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective items. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or send a replacement product, as per your preference.
6. Non-Refundable Items
Please note that only products damaged or broken upon delivery are eligible for refunds or replacements. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that are:
- Custom-made or personalized
- Used, worn, or altered after delivery
7. International Shipping
We currently do/do not offer international shipping. For international orders, shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
